Bicycle Rental Terms and Conditions

 

General Information

The bicycle rental service is provided by:

The service operating area includes Tuscany and Umbria.

Type of Rental

The following bicycles are available:

  • Electric mountain bikes
  • Electric trekking bikes

Rental duration: from half a day up to 6 days.
Included in the rental: helmets, locks, GPS maps.
Additional accessories are available upon request for an extra fee.

Prices and Payment

Rental prices:

  • Half day: €25
  • 1 day: €45
  • 2 days: €80
  • 3 days: €110
  • 4 days: €140
  • 5 days: €170
  • 6 days: €200

A valid ID document is required at the time of bike collection.
Payment is accepted exclusively by credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).
Security deposit: €150 per bike, in cash, to be held at the time of collection and returned upon the bike’s return.

Reservations and Cancellations

  • Reservations can be made online or on site.
  • Any changes or cancellations must be sent by email to rent@talallacafe.com
  • Booking confirmation will be sent by our staff via email.

Liability

  • Minimum age to rent: 18 years.
  • Bikes are delivered in properly maintained and safe condition.
  • Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
  • The user is responsible for any damage to or loss of the accessories provided with the bike.
  • Any damage to third parties, to the bike, or any theft is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any injuries occurring while using the bike are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • The user is responsible for complying with the Highway Code and all safety regulations.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website.
Data is collected through booking and contact forms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian Law.
The court of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the Court of Perugia.
