Welcome to Talalla Cafe, a Lake Trasimeno bistrot built around one simple idea: eat well without overcomplicating things. Local ingredients, honest recipes and a few influences from further afield — bagels, bites, pinchos — because a Lake Trasimeno bistrot can afford to look beyond its borders without forgetting where it comes from.

At Talalla, drop by for a light lunch, a sunset aperitivo or a relaxed dinner by Lake Trasimeno.

Our menu brings together local ingredients with Mediterranean and international influences, from bagels, bites and tapas to sharing plates, seafood, and vegetarian and vegan dishes.

There’s also a selection of craft beers, wines, cocktails and mocktails to go with your meal.

This isn’t formal dining. It’s food to enjoy at your own pace, share with friends, and pair with something good to drink while the light changes over the lake.

We are in Borghetto, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, right on the lakefront. Our bistrot on Lake Trasimeno is easy to find and impossible to forget. The kind of place where the food tastes like the land it comes from and time moves a little differently.
